House portraits make the perfect gift for birthdays, house warming, retirement or even as a special Valentine's present. Having a hand-painted picture of a home can be one way of holding onto special memories if you are moving out.  Because i work to commission, each picture is highly unique and something to be treasured.  Having an original watercolour can also be used in marketing, when advertising a property for sale (or rent).  This can often generate extra interest and it may just be the thing that makes it stand out from the rest.  Images can also be used on letter-headed stationary or as personalised notelets.
